White Chilli is a dish brought to us by Geandilly's sister. He made it and assures us it is delicious.

[edit] Ingredients
Primary:
- 1-2lbs of Diced/Shredded Chicken or Turkey
- Medium Sized Onion
- Fresh Garlic (4-20 cloves)
- Canned Green Chili Peppers ( Fresh, roasted and peeled if possible -do this over ur gas burner )
- Creamed Corn or Corn Kernels, Fresh or Canned
- Great Northern Beans & or Navy Beans
- Cheese
- 1/3 Bottle of Corona or other Lager
- Milk & Cream
Spices:
- Red Chili Powder (Use carefully! Don't add more than a tablespoon at a time)
- Cumin (Strong, be careful! Don't add more than a teaspoon at a time)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Freshly Chopped Cilantro or Parsley (Dry if you have no other option)
- Honey
and possibly corn starch or flour if it's not thick enough

- Put olive oil in pan at medium/high heat.
- Flatten Chicken if too thick, season and cook, but stop before cooked thoroughly.
- Chop onion and garlic and cook in pan.
- Put chicken aside to cool.
- Dice Chicken
- Put chicken in pan.
- Put peppers in pan along with beans, chilli powder, corn and other spices
- Once you get your spices in you do a little bit less than half of a beer (Your choice, post if you find a tasty one to use!)
- Cook that for a minute or so then yer gonna want it on medium heat so the milk doesnt burn.
- Put in some cream and then a bunch of milk.
- Once the milk heats up put in a bunch of cheese and anything else you forgot.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes
Remember to taste throughout the cooking process!
[edit] Important Notes
- If you have Epazote, use it in place of Oregano.
- If chicken is thick, take boneless breast and beat it until flat before cooking!
- If you have leftover already cooked chicken you can use that instead!
- A lager like a Corona is a safe bet for this chili.
