How to Play Good, and Win at Everything

-Leveling

Most of your time should be spent in RVR arenas as these are

decidedly the best source of experience and renown (and fun!).

Herein, experience and renown are both a factor of your healing and damage, keep in mind

that you can increase your kill contribution count simply by doing marginal damage to as

many players as possible, try using AOE's frequently.

Be certain to get the RVR arena completion quest for your particular race EVERYTIME

you expect to enter that RVR arena, and turn it in upon completion.

Items-

While many items drop randomly in RVR arena play, Renown gear becomes essential:

to this end, past level 9, you will need to travel to a friendly keep and see the Renown gear

merchants on the top level. Bear in mind that as keeps frequently change hands, it may be wise

to purchase gear for many levels all in one trip.

Besides these, I highly recommend grinding influence through farming stage 1 public quest

objectives. This should not take long in comparison to most MMO gear grinds and is easily

the highest quality loot source.

Also, as there seem to be very few cash sinks ( save for a 15 gold expenditure for a mount at level 20)

you may frequent the Auction house without regret; Gear is very important in this game, stay competitive!
