Eggs are a very versatile food. They are kind of like pasta in a way. They can be eaten alone, they can be added to other things to make them better or be the main attraction. The omelet is an example of trying to make it the main attraction. This just also happens to be one of the more daunting egg tasks because of the dreaded flip stage, but with a little practice even you can master the omelet!
