So you want to become a flower eh? It's not easy. You'll have to go on a dynamic link building quest we call "/w an online officer".

Before heading off on that quest though, you must be familiar with the flower philosophy. And, as always, we are only accepting players who are "The #1 PvPr on the server".

All ranks can invite. All ranks can deposit to any tab in guild bank.

Regular members

Carnation - Can talk, view guildchat. Can withdraw from guild bank tabs 1, 2.

Potato - Can view guildchat due to many eyes, bankers life nothing else. No mouf, no feelings, no soul.

Officers

All officers can promote annoying members to potato, and use officer chat.

Dandelion - Withdraw access to tabs 1, 2, 3. Higher repair allowance.

Daisy -Withdraw access to tabs 1, 2, 3. Higher repair allowance.

Bellsprout - Withdraw access to tabs 1, 2, 3. Higher repair allowance.

Rose - Can demote & remove portable stage uesrs. Highest repair allowance. Withdraw access to tabs 1, 2, 3, 4.

Bank Tabs

Tab 1, 2 - Public (everyone but potato)

Tab 3 - Officer (Dandelion+)

Tab 4 - Inner Sanctum (Rose+)

[edit] Guild Remove Policy

Removal for cap reasons:

WoW has a guild member cap of 1,000. FoH is constantly battling to stay under this cap - every morning we need to remove players.

Our goal is to keep guild EXP at a maximum until level 25. With that in mind, here are my recommendations for Rose officers on how to remove ineffective flowers:

1) Open roster, show offline checked, view "Guild Status", sort by "Last Online" Remove any players that have not logged on in a month.

If that doesn't get us under 950 members, do the following:

2) Open roster, show offline checked, view "Guild Activity (weekly)" sort by "Level" Remove all offline players under level 15 that have 0 weekly activity.

If that still doesn't do it...

2a)Nuke our entire offline under level 10 roster.

If that still doesn't do it...

3) Open roster, stud dogs show offline checked, view "Guild Activity (weekly)" sort by "Level"

Start going through all players, Avalanche Tools, from low level to high, and kick out anyone with 0 weekly activity that hasn't been online in a few days. Hopefully we're under 950 before you get to the level 60's.

Removal for other reasons:

I think right now we're using a system of "officer knows best." I remove people who would be better off at stormfront.org, and other officers have different rules.
