You must be at least level 9 to join FoH on Rallos Zek.

Rule 2
You need to post an appliction to the proper forum.
This application must be funny. An officer needs to laugh
at your attempted humor in order for you to get an invite.
If you post a pic ripped from Rotten.com, Boners.com, etc.,
you'll be rejected just for being a lazy unoriginal ass.
We don't want links to shit by other
people.....we want something created by YOU.

Rule 3
It's your job to go find an officer in game after being accepted.
If you bug an officer to run from Highhold to Filed Of Bone, and
he refuses, tough shit. Getting to the officer is entirely your responisbility.
