COD4 is an awesome kissing game for PC. Im going to play that tonight. My only gripe with it is basically well illustrated in your video. Sniping is kissing pointless as hell and shitty. The only way it can be good is if you run around shooting people like you did and that's not really sniping. The maps don't allow for any REAL "sniper" positions like were available in BF2 which had pretty awesome sniping.
Other than that, it kicks the shit out of BF2.

i guess RO is an overall better game, but CoD4 is pretty close. It's way easier to sit down and have fun in CoD4 than it is in RO.
I thought ragnarok online / RO was the game high schoolers played in the computer lab during lunch break because they aren't cool enough to eat at the popular kids table.
P.S. sniping in CoD4 is good but takes awhile to get used to. This is in "hardcore" TDM/S&D etc, I've never played normal. Snipers might be worse in normal since they will do less damage and might not kill in one hit.

sniping in cod4 just takes getting used to and you have to employ a certain amount of patience to get anywhere with it. if you really want kills just roll with a grenade launcher and martyrdom. no one will like you, your kdr ratio will probably be horrid, but you get the fast-paced action and instant gratification you need when you die and kill someone every 10 seconds.

what i was saying is cod4 sniping is shit because you shoot someone with a kissing 50 caliber rifle in the chest and they don't die. Also it's waaaay to close quarters. What you described is pretty much what I want to see but dont! maybe i should play on h/c and larger maps?
A good example of this is that shitty kissing "ship" map. who snipes on that? it's super close quarters.
If you do, it's not sniping.

edit: god dammit, as with every other kissing FPs when i look for servers i can see literally 7. I have no idea why this happens in every god damn game. I can see like 50 empty servers and 7 ones with people
