Instead of saying "hohoho" all the time, I suggest trying to learn how to say "sandwhich" and then maybe, given time, you'll work your way up to forming a sentence; hopefully this sentence: "I'm anorexic and need urgent medical attention before the weight of my make-up and ugly haircut snaps my malnourished, calcium-deficient spine".
