I remember the first time I made an alt specifically to have one not in FoH and I still got a random invite before I hit level 10. This was before the invite-bot and I was so proud of Flowers that day. Then I accepted and pretended to be really offended by everything and it was a fun day all around.
Whenever guildchat is too quiet, or I've got a long flight path and need a distraction, I usually pull up the list of who's in durotar, the barrens, etc, and just invite everyone.
Of course people who reply to the invite with 'no thanx ur guild is gay' get spammed with invites until they finally join and are forced to become happy through many happy emotes. Then they are set free to spread happiness wherever they go. The best was a guy that spent 2 hours, literally, in guild chat telling us how he's a lawyer and he's going to sue us all (while misspelling every other word) for harassing his wife and 12 year old daughter. Finally a GM comes on, and tells him to stop crying, and he loggs off, never to be seen again. He was so happy, he could no longer log on.
The guild is however sadly free of Chinas, so we've lost our reputation as a Chinese farm guild and are known only as the premier alternative lifestyle guild.
