Space-time was constrained to a single point. There was no concept of time before this singularity because time and space are intriniscly linked, you can't have one without the other. Let me repeat that so it sinks in. There was no "before" the singularity. With space-time constrained to a single point, all the energy in the universe was also contained within this point. That is nearly an infinite amount of energy, which after the event formed quarks, hadrons, fermions, and bosons, which as the universe rapidly expanded and cooled formed hydrogen. It is worth noting that all evidence points to equal amounts of matter and anti-matter existing at this point.all i want to know is where did the potential energy needed for this cosmic reaction of 2 particle colliding come from?
So that is where the energy came from. I feel like I'm trying to teach an infant chess. I can keep repeating myself over and over but I know in a few minutes you will get bored and wonder why we can't stick to snakes and ladders. You have to float before you can swim and you definitely lack the background knowledge necessary to make an informed decision about ID or evolution. Don't listen to what we have to say, do the research for yourself, crunch the numbers, look at the fossil records and then, and only then, come back with an intelligent opinion.
I don't like personal attacks, but seriously man; learn to type coherent sentances. Nothing in the theory points to a creator (or excludes one). There is no evidence that God exists or had a hand in the creation of the Universe. If there was it wouldn't be called faith.but u cannot exclue the fact that the big bang theory itself points to a creator, because without one there is no possible way it could have tacken place.
I swear I won't stir up any more shit on this topic. I don't even know why I replied. It just pisses me off to see people talking about shit they don't know a thing about and for some reason that rediculous nazi comparison just pissed me off.
Mhotl, rancar shot down all of your arguments in three paragraphs, just say that you think god made the big bang and quit embarassing yourself.
Im was just lollin at this thread
same her
mhotl hohoho
Mhotl is going to die a lonely big bangless nazi
YOU IDOITS!!!!!1!!1
DONT YOU KNOW HITLER MADE THE BIG BANG?!?!!1?!
Never thought I'd see that on this board.Originally Posted by Mhotl

WTF WHY DID YOU KILL ME?
i am still convinced this is a troll
not that i've read any of the other posts itt
rancar I'm lazy say something about background radation
plus if God was really directing evolution that would make him a liar since it interferes with the idea of free will. so if in the beginning there was the word = truth = God and he was lying....then maybe its more like malevolent design which could explain why if God is actively directing natural processes and we are on a crash course for destroying the planet that really all life is is one big kissing sick joke and/or lie.
but then again...i dont believe in intelligent design. so mhotl who the kiss are you to call God a liar and spout this sickening heresy?
Your all witches. I should burn you. Mhotl i want to poke your rear end with my big bang. You nazi. There is no god. We are super advanced fighting monkeys. I am the bunny god. I contradicted myself. These sentences are incomplete. I think. Grammar was never my stong point. Its not a weak point either though, it never helped me kick anyones ass. My hands did though, with out those id be in trouble. I wonder if anyone actually reads this. What were we talking about? Oh yeah Rancar > Mhotl, Rz>Sz, there is no god etc etc.
(\__/)
(O.o )
(> < ) This is Bunny.
Allright lets go in depth here.
1st off the theory as i understand it.
All matter in the universe at one time was concentrated in a single spot. The size of this spot being as small as a single electron, maby smaller. This object (source unknown) sat in the void of space for a time (length unknow) and then suddenly exploded (reason unknown, all though there are theorys). Galaxies, planets, and stars devoloped out of this explosion over a long expanse of time. The original object contained no atoms, just radiation and super compacted sub-atomic particles(as those seen in a particle accelerater). At the point of the explose all the contents of the explosion were hurled and incredible speeds from the sourse of the explosion. As the matter from the explosion cooled, some simple atoms were formed, mostly hydrogen atoms. The entire universe consisted mostly of hydrogen gas at this time.
At some futher point in time the gas collected in local areas and super-consentrated inself into stars. Throughout the universe, trillions of stars were produced this way. These stars began in turn to produce other essential atoms such as oxygen, carbon, nitrogen, metals, etc.
After the explosions of stars (supernovas) and gravitational attraction, matter collected near a praticular star in the Milky Way Galaxy, our sun. From this material Earth and the other planets of our solar system developed over time.
Is this a accurate representation of the "Big Bang theory"? Anything u would like to add to it that i left out?
"bilions years later mhotl was expulsed from a uterus and never quite knew exactly what he was talking about"
"For me to poop on"
wow this thread isnt dead yet?
mhotl id like you to add the part where your heretical lies are exposed along with those of the worlds major churches. STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE STOP PRETENDING YOU CAN USE SCIENCE TO UNDERSTAND HOW OR WHY OR EVEN IF GOD DID SOMETHING
even he says it would be impossible, stop calling God a liar seriosuly its not cool hes gunna be pissed and prolly player kill you irl, can u imagine God's manaburn? i bet you its not limited to 40% of your hp

Also, Mhotl is a joke and Rancar yet again gets rep. My science teacher spent 30 days or something on evolution and it was funny watching all the religious tards crying that creationism wasn't real (in 7th grade hohoho)
Intelligent design can NEVER be a theory until there is evidence there is a god. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and ID began as just the fairytale of creationism to be disguised in classrom. A fairytale that is broken in many ways and disproven over the years. That one story, and the fact that "Jesus" said it was true, proves that the bible and Jesus was full of shit.
Someone had to step up to the bat. Although the Christians are brainwashed, so are we as a society........................................... ..........................
Wow, just re-read the thread.... Mhortl you are the biggest dumbass I have ever had the displeasure of reading. Nice "second law of thermanodynamificus" argument.
Wow. just wow.
Evolution is the most well-supported theory in history (in terms of body of work that agrees with it). Greater support than:
germ theory
gravity
heliocentrism
it's also the most controversial NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORKNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORKNOOOOOOOOOOO OOOOORK
No, helicentrism was even moreso. No one's died by theocracy from the theory of evolution.
not yet!
Yes, America isn't a theocracy...yet.
Here are some inconsistencies in the big bang theory/evolution
1) The rate that the sun is shrinking. Creationist and Evolutionist scientist alike have both agreed the sun is slowly colapsing on itself slowly over time. Now if we reverse this prossess and enlarge the sun, going back in time we run into a problem. For 98% of the alledged time that evolutions say the earth has been around, The earth would have been to hot to maintain any form of life. Even 10 million years ago, only a small time in evolutionary terms, the sun would have been to big for any life to be on the earth.
2) Population growth. Over the centuries population growth has been measured a maximum of 2% a year. More conservative number point to .5% a year. At this rate it would take 4,000 years to get the population we have on earth today. This corilates with the world wide flood many creationist beleive in, which wiped out all of the worlds population besides one family. If life on earth is as ancient as evolutionist claim, With humans(ancestors of humans) have been around for millions of years, The earth would have been over populated long ago. Today the population increased at .5% a year for only 1 millions years, there should be trillions and trillions of people on the earth today. Even if the population increase rate is drastically slower, almost to a rate of 0, there should still be at least 3,000 billion people that lived on the world to date. But fossil records and cultural evidence proves otherwise. This also pointing to humans only inhabbiting the earth for several thousand years.
3) Short-period comets. If our solar system is billions of years old, why are there still short-period comets? The maximum lifespan of a short-period comment is calculated at about 10 thousand years. As comments orbit around our sun they break apart over time due to the strain of gravitational pulls, and the solar winds. So if our solar system is really as old as evolutionist say it is, why are there still short-period comets left?

hohoho reading
Im not going to debate this with you anymore because with every answer I give you just ask another question, and if I get you on something you just ask a question about something else.
But I will say this, people that beleive in Evolution have given us space travel, modern surgery, nuclear power and countless other things. What has beleiving in creationism given us?

Many of these are some of the founding fathers of modern physics as we know them. And some of the most intelligent people of our times.
Even Eintein himself was quoted numerous times To the existence of a god, and that all things in the universe point to an intelligent creator.
That's almost true, but many of their works were published before the Origin of Species, thus before the word Creationism was coined. Also don't forget that intelligent design and creationism are quite different.
Also keep in mind that Gregor Mendel was infact, not a creationist he was actually arrested for assaulting a priest. Those are just two flaws in your list.
But why did you name the guy that created paleontology? Paleontologists are the ones saying that the world is millions of years old, like I said earlier, quit embarassing yourself, I know this isn't a troll so stop trying to make it look like it is.
Im gonna follow Rancar's example and not post in this thread anymore.

SO WHICH IS IT? DOES GOD EXIST OR DOES REALLY COINCIDENTAL PLACEMENT OF COSMIC DUST HOLD THE KEY TO OUR CREATION??
Hooray for pragmatism! It's the same with doctors, people will believe all the spiritual oil rubbing, incense smelling medicine they want, but when they get in a car wreck they expect to be taken to a hospital.Originally Posted by Geandily
"Reading a book" to find answers isn't the solution. There are too many books to read, and too many are full of bullshit. Lets say from the age of 12, you read 1 book per week, and live to be 72. You will have read 3,120 books in your lifetime. That doesn't even make a dent in the 18 Million+ books in the Library of Congress. That wouldn't even fill a single shelf. If you really want to know the answers to these questions (which you don't, you are just using them to try and make points for your arguments) read some books on the subject rather than asking on an internet forum.
Spending your 3,120 books on Wicca, Finnish paganism, or Christian Science will provide you many answers on Creationism. However what's important isn't the answer itself, it's how the author arrived at the answer. In other words, choose good books.
Where did you get these questions from? Did you think them up on your own?1) The rate that the sun is shrinking....
2) Population growth...
3) Short-period comets...

My final thoughts,
