    I thought civ 2 games ended eventually on turn count? Or maybe he just clicked keep playing and is on Future Tech 420

    I recall that at the end (if you won the space race) you were given the option to continue. Maybe I'm wrong. I seem to remember doing that and then also having the world end up in a nuclear holocaust.

    well there were mods that made each turn equate to a year so i assume you can change it to never end. i also thnk when you meet the requirements to win it gives you the option to continue

    I played the shit out of that game and my Xfire hours don't fully cover it. It was my #1 game to play when I lost the internet over 2007-2008 and I'd built up a massive WWII scenario that would take hours to process turns on my old. I'd leave it running all day as I did other things and play maybe 2-3 turns a day for months.
