Pretty much game is like a second life sort of thing futuristic game. They just relaunched a super game changing patch (reason I came back) and are supposed to be trying to bring in lots of new players (population is low compared to like 2009 when they did last launch).

I'm currently in the FDC (army faction). You can join LED (police) and if you get ranked up some you can arrest people (which is fun) but the leaders of that faction are dicks and chances of you doing this are slim. Can join any faction and gank though (even corps or clans). FDC allows ganking sort of (as long as you don't gank your own faction and if anyone asks you deny that you killed people, cause then they will make you sit in jail).

That whitehouse.gov petitions thing is just harvesting info to profile people anyway.

Nothing ever happens with those petitions. It's just to get the people to profile themselves so the government can identify potential problem starters. Like facebook but more direct.
