Join EXE on Helios. I've never once been online and not seen at least one full platoon going.

I play every single day on Helios. I'll re-join with you guys if the outfit forms up, otherwise I'm in this zerg TR platoon that regularly fields 60-90 people at once.

I personally find Mumble to work just great, but maybe it's just my low standards.
