Rivervale, Kelethin, Freeport and the one listed as Kaladim brought back the most memories. I spent a lot of time in the EQ cities.

I think, though that the one titled "Kaladim" is usually titled "West Freeport." I don't ever remember hearing that song outside of that zone.

The Crushbone one makes me remember the most.

kiss! Was it just me or did anyone else only go to Erudin like 3 times in their whole EQ career. I don't even know some of these songs.

Course I was born and raised in Freeport, and never liked Qeynos much, think I actually went to Qeynos less than Erudin.

There was a lot of shit in the game I missed.

I never went to erudin untill people to kill got really scarce then I started looking all over

I went to Erudin, mostly because it was a Good Guy city, and it was right next to the Hole.

Oh, and after they added the Stonebrunt Mountains, it was a place to pass through to get there. That was one of Sony's better "free" zones.

I wish it had music from the planes,god knows I spent most of the years of my life there.

One time I really remember is when there was a call for the Defense of Erudin... Vindictive showed up along with Kirban (a name that, back in those days, scared me just a little). Mostly a bunch of us got together and sang Songs of Defiance in /shout.

I Doubt it. Player hosted games usually end up in the shitcan because developers get a hard on for power. In the words of British historian Lord Acton, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely".

I would play EQ again if they SOE released a version that stopped at kunark.

The West Freeport midi (or Kaladim.mid as it's called here) definitely makes me want to go back to Freeport. I think that city may have been my favorite, where I created my first character as well as being in such an interesting place on its own. It was a port city (pirate and smuggler roleplaying!) bordered by a desert on one side (cowboy roleplaying!) and the Commonlands on the other (where everyone in the world went before Shadowhaven and the Bazaar were created... thus, the premier zone to harass).
