since youre behind a router, You'll need to use the IP that is assigned to you by it if DHCP is enabled, which it usually is... usually 192.168.1.xxx (for you to connect to your own server, you'll give other people your other IP)
Youll also need to forward the ports used by the BF2 server to your 192.168.1.xxx address in your router settings.
That site I linked will tell you what your router IP address is aswell as your real IP, if you have java enabled that is. I usually just use it to check if my proxies are working.
If that doesnt work, id try the same thing but with a firewall disabled.
