Resident Evil had 3 movies in theaters. There were more that did not make it to movie theaters.

You do realize Castlevania isn't an original story and is a complete rip-off of Dracula, right?

If you are going to make any game into a Movie, make a Planescape Torment movie. Except call it something different, because that title sucks balls.

So your analysis is that a generic fantasy movie based upon a game that's based upon generic fantasy movies would be "kissing epic"?

Why pay for the EQ rights at all then? Just make a movie about dragons blowing shit up. It's not like using Everquest in the title is going to draw hordes of geeks to the theaters in 2010, and let's be honest here, nobody played EQ for the story.

Now EQ Porn, that is something I would pay to see. Fironia Vie finally gets her due at the hands of a ravenous orc pack. But she deserved it for wearing those slutty clothes.

Who played EQ for the story?! Seems to me like it was all about trash talking, annoying people, role-playing "the wrong way" and exploiting their systems.

And Rancar's right. Maybe someone could make a Dark Age of Camelot movie instead. Yeah! That'd draw at least 500 people. Well worth the investment.

How about a WoW movie where a kid with Down's Syndrome becomes an epic paladin in just one month?
